Shedders and Fixers wish to say a big Thank You to all our followers for your ongoing support ♥
We are always looking for ways to raise funds so we can keep our shed open and continue to offer workshops and events. Obviously, membership is one way to do that but here are a few other ways that you can help to keep us going.
Click on our Contact Us page if you can help with any of the following, or if you need more information.
Cambridgeshire Community Lottery
The Cambridgeshire Community Lottery helps us to raise a regular income, whilst giving our supporters the chance to win cash and other prizes.

PayPal Donations
Shedders now have the ability to accept donations through PayPal*. Just click on the Donate button below, to send us a contribution.
* Please note that PayPal will take a 30p fee + 2.9% of the transaction amount so we can only use PayPal for donations. Due to the charges incurred, we cannot accept membership fees, payments for our crafts or any other non-donation amounts using PayPal.
Donations
Shedders accept all kinds of donations of equipment and materials, not just funds. Right now we are looking for the following:
Materials Needed
- Timber
- Sheet metal
- Insulation Boards
Equipment Needed
- None at present
If you have any of these items then please get in contact or come and see us.
Any other donations of materials and equipment are always welcome, however, the space within our premises is limited. If you have any large items you think we can use then please take some photos and email them to our mailbox address (admin@sheddersandfixers.org), or come down to see us and have a chat with one of our team of volunteers.
If you are also happy for us to sell donated items we cannot use, in order to raise funds for Shedders, then we would be most grateful for your permission to do so.
Bingo and Raffle Prizes
On Sunday, 17th May, from 12pm, in Walsoken Village Hall, Rob is hosting another of his amazing Bingo Nights, to raise funds for Shedders and Fixers. We will need to provide prizes for the bingo and the raffle so we are looking for any of the following donations:
- Boxes of chocolates
- Bottles of alcohol
- Tins of biscuits
- Vouchers/Gift Cards
- Gift sets (smellies!)
- Any new and boxed/sealed items
If you have any of these items then please get in contact or come and see us.
Crafters Needed to Teach Workshops
CALLING ALL CRAFTERS: If you are a crafter with a talent you want to share and you think Shedder’s is a place you can teach it, don’t delay! Contact us now and let’s have a chat about running a class – or two – or three!
